    Phil Roland, of Roland Investments, Ltd., has plans for its new $500 million development, Stone Wood Hills. The anchor of this new development is Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World

    This lifestyle development lies on 430 acres of natural trees and beautiful rolling hills terrain including an elevation 100 feet above the adjacent Broken Arrow Expressway with an outstanding view of both Broken Arrow and Tulsa. The site is located between the BA Expressway intersection at Albany (61st Street) and Elm Place (161st E. Ave.) with Battle Creek Golf Course adjacent to the west boundary and First Baptist Church's campus on the north side.

    This unique wooded development has 1.3 miles of frontage on the north side of the BA Expressway and totals 430 acres of which 180 acres are set aside for residential sites and 250 acres are designed to accommodate retail, commercial and office space.

    The convention center is being built on a hill top over looking the BA Expressway (Highway 51) and will there are plans for a 4 star hotel being built next to it... It is 100,000 sqft of meeting space...
