How is the school system doing financially?

With the ad valorem taxes they must be pulling from new growth in Moore, and not spending on the high school and junior highs in Moore, they must be sitting on a helluva pot.

Considering every educational bond issue gets passed by the voters, I imagine the system is doing quite alright.
