Looks like a 142 acre RV park and resort going in South of the Links and east of Classen. I'm sure to try to cash in on SEC teams traveling to visit Norman for football games. They want to be done by fall 2025 (with Phase 1).

A multimillion-dollar adventure resort is coming to Norman, and the developers said the Oklahoma Sooners' move to the Southeastern Conference played a role in their decision to build.



OU gets to keep the LNC parking lot and Duck Pond parking lots.
