Not sure where in the building this is going to be located, but my best guess is the basement. Same building as Hurts Donut and Boomtown. Looks to be a high end type of menu.

Yes, basement.
I saw the building permit.
A bar was prosed for that space but died in the vine; this was about 4-5 years ago.

They will be having a Soft Opening this Thursday the 18th. 7pm to 10pm half off food and drinks.
