Estate sale companies/people recommendation?

Looking for an estate sale company/person that can come in to a house and go through everything in it and either sell, donate, or throw away all of it and completely empty the house out. Do they usually do that and if so, does anybody have any recommendations? Thanks...

I usually bid on auctions from Bray Auctions (in/towards Edmond) and CT Bids.

I do not know how they work on the seller side, only the bidder side though.
