Posted a “vision” of a neighborhood South of NE 8th. On Instagram. I love their vision of this area.

There's certainly potential in the area, hopefully whatever plan this org has in mind doesn't displace the few dozen residents within this neighborhood. That area was part of the original Deep Deuce before i235 demolished it. There's also the two scrapyards right on reno that residents of nearby JFK neighborhood and the City have been complaining about for some years.

Lol I’d love for that to happen but would be surprised if anything close to that rendering gets built.
