Earth moving on 29th by Malarkey Roofing entrance

They're doing quite a bit of earth moving and there's a construction trailer by the 29th Street entrance to Malarkey Roofing Products. Any word on what they're doing? I'm guessing it's a Malarkey project.

Expand concrete pavement for laydown yard, add storm sewers, add underground detention, and add new modular building.
