Shopping center in Edmond/OKC featured in Oklahoman

I got a notification on my phone from the Oklahoman a number of days ago where they were giving an early look at a big shopping center in the Edmond/OKC area. I don't subscribe to the Oklahoman anymore, so I couldn't look at what they were talking about. Anyone have any ideas?

It's the Rose Creek Plaza (164th & May) and there was absolutely zero new information.

Pete LOL. I keep seeing the term upscale in reference to the development. To me that means it won't have a Ross or TJ Maxx or any discount retailer. IMO.
