Gay Friendly Small Towns?

Random question that people may or may not have input on. I'm currently in okc but am considering a job with the choctaw nation. it would require me to move near Talahina, OK. Just wondering if anyone knew if there were any gay friendly smaller towns in that part of Oklahoma?

I don't know that I'd call any town in SE Oklahoma gay friendly.

Not in your neck of the woods for a Talahina relocation but Ardmore in south central Oklahoma has held a Pride event for at least the last 2 years that I know of... May have been happening longer but just not as well promoted in years past.

I'm not gay so I don't follow the community too closely but the fact that I know there is enough support for the event makes me think progress is being made.
