The King is head of State and the Prime Minister is the head of government. The King can consult and give advice but that is how far wielding political power goes.
In this country POTUS is HoS and head of the government.
The King of Britain is also the HoS of Canada, Austrailia, and some other Commonwealth countries.

England is not the only country to maintain a monarchy. Spain, Belgium, Denmark to name a few that still maintain them.

There are even still absolute monarchies in Saudi Araiba, Brunei, Oman, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.

The funniest part of this statement is the inference that the Kardashians are talented.
