Dirt Work 150-Santa Fe

Moving a lot of dirt around the CVS at 150-Santa Fe, anyone know what's going on? Asked one of the pharmacy clerk's at CVS and she said she thought a strip mall going in, but she wasn't sure. We live in Bristol Park, which backs up to the open lots where the dirt work is taking place,
just curious what we have to look forward to.
