Fischer owns Skybridge Construction, Skybridge Real Estate, and Pointe Vista/Chickasaw Point on Lake Texoma among a bunch of other companies and properties in different industries. He's also the former CEO of Chaparral Energy and recently sold Dippin Dots after buying it out of bankruptcy in 2009.

He also purchased Coop Ale Works at around the same time.
lnteresting that he bought COOP Ale Works and wondering if that will accelerate development at the 23rd Street Armory location. Skybridge is the company doing the work at NW 164th and May and at his Texoma locations, so they can handle this project, I am sure.

Maybe they have their Skybridge assets spread a little thin with multiple projects and that is the reason for the delay?
