    This is a pretty darn big deal. I was fortunate enough to be among the various folks that met with and showed the PBR around a few months ago during planning for this, and they are STOKED.

    say what you want about Prodigal's ownership of the Energy but they have done a great job bringing PBR to OKC and this just continues that

    That's true and probably why they put the Oklahoma City Energy FC on hold for now. Would be surprised if the 'Energy FC' returns or is around to see the completed multipurpose stadium--probably why they selected the option with the lesser seating capacity when
    MAPS 4 would have funded a 10,000 seat starter stadium.

    The MAPS 4 Multipurpose Stadium can be expanded to meet MLS minimum 18,000 or more seating capacity.



    Option 1: $37–42 million or Option 2: $67–72 million Funk chose the $37 million option.
