The former Valero gas station/Subway restaurant location at 950 NE 23rd Street (just east of the Governor's Mansion) has been demolished. I did not see the fuel tanks being removed, so a new vendor may be building here. Possibly 7-11?

This is good to hear. I live in Lincoln Terrace and fueling options in the area are rather limited.
