From the looks of it, I believe they will be topped out by the end of next week, or early the week after. And they are skinning the structure very quickly. And the skin has the windows already integrated from what I can see. So I suspect by Thanksgiving it will be skinned. Just crazy. I think they have moved up the opening to spring of '24 they have gone so quickly.
Yeah, the lot only had 15 spaces!!

The website still says July 2024 but yeah, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it were a good chunk earlier.

Went by the site yesterday. The skin looks very nice. I think this will feel like a real class A tower.

Absolutely love seeing projects like this in OKC.
I am a huge fan of vertical architecture so driving by and seeing this tower slowly rise with each passing day makes me feel like a little kid haha.

Driving towards downtown from NE 10th st, Citizen is a skyline changing building. Everything doesn’t have to be high rise

Cool to see the Citizen in people’s pictures, and now ads, as it becomes a known part of our skyline. Fills in so nicely and I hope this encourages a hundred other projects like it.

Who is ready for the $25,000/membership club?! Not me! I've spoken to a few people that can afford such a club and that $25,000 is what they have been quoted. Most of them are on the edge, or doing it for their spouse.

It's the same operator as Park House in Dallas. Park House Dallas is not even close to being a 25k membership club. Initiation for a couple is around 10k. There is no reason to believe it will be more than Dallas.

you can expect "normal" memberships to be in this range (considering it is the same group)

    https://parkhouse-app.clients.people...out/membership

    RESIDENT
    MEMBER
Open to persons older than 30 years of age and will receive full access to all club privileges.

    INITIATION FEE
    Individual Member: $6,800

    +Spouse/Partner Member: $3,700

    ANNUAL DUES
    Individual Member: $263/monthly
    +Spouse/Partner Member: $131/monthly

    JUNIOR
    MEMBER
Open to persons at least 23 and up to 30 years of age and will receive full access to all club privileges. Upon turning 31, Annual Dues increase to Resident Member rates.

    INITIATION FEE
    Individual Member: $2,150
    +Spouse/Partner Member: $850

    ANNUAL DUES
    Individual Member: $131/monthly
    +Spouse/Partner Member: $67/monthly

my guess is that the 25k you have heard is "founding" membership .. that comes with no dues for life ..

like what the same group is doing in Houston

    https://www.papercitymag.com/culture...e-social-club/

Park House Houston’s invitation-only founding membership offering closed at the end of March — for a $25,000 joining fee, founding members had their annual dues waived for life — but general memberships are open to applicants 30 years of age and older; the joining fee is $5,000 with annual dues of $3,000. Spouses/partners are an additional fee. Junior members under 31 have a reduced fee. Inquiries, parkhousehouston.com.
