Autozone is going in on SE corner. The NW corner is where the earth moving equipment is. New housing development going in there I believe.

Pete, I believe the Autozone is being built on the SE corner of the intersection. The latest question from old okie was about the NW corner. Maybe he/she made a mistake however.

Developers are Mirage and Legacy per the tiny signs on site. We we're interested in the area and sent queries to both about plans, here's a selection from Mirage's response.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This will be a 55+ active adult gated community and homes will be in the 1600-1800 square foot range and prices will start around $400k. There will be a community clubhouse and yard maintenance will be included in the monthly HoA dues. We are still working on some minor details.
