    It's always amazing how much a building changes when the windows are fixed up.

    It's cool how they put all the HVAC units on a platform in the back with a nice screen rather than on the roof which would be highly visible from the bridge.

    And, it’s easier to make the Hvac quieter in the building by taking it off the roof. And since you get it off the hottest part of the building, the roof, it actually should be more efficient.

    I agree. That's anice touch and l'll add, (l'm no HVAC expert) maybe easier to service on the ground?

    Urbanized: Same thought. I remember many nights walking across the Walnut Street Bridge bemoaning the fate of that building.

    Looks like they are very close to moving in.

    Last image is lowest level that they plan to use as storage.
