That area has so much potential... Many empty buildings and lots.


Things are headed in the right direction, though.

I was impressed with the renovations at Plaza Court. Renovations are pretty much complete! Sections in the building are for lease.
Seems like this area is slowly coming back to life. It will take time though.

Any info on who's moving into the Plaza Court building? Starbucks would be a perfect fit. Hospital, downtown and neighborhood all within walking distance.
