The west side of Meridian there has been some ground being moved around, plus the building of some former business being brought down. Anyone know what's going on there?

Unfortunately, that is in Warr Acres which means it's nearly impossible to research permits.

However, that property is owned by the PC School District.

It was sold to them by NuWay cleaners. On the south of that property used to be a little drive-thru structure (now demolished but you can see the pavement still there) that was a pizza place then a Shaved Ice place. Can't remember what it was originally built for.

I never knew PC district owned it. Seems it was a drive-thru for pizza or burgers originally.

It was originally a hamburger place called"Kraft's," as in Hank Kraft.
