But it’s no longer CTB, right? I believe they sold it or transferred ownership.

They sold CTB’s interest to one of their Norman-based partners on that particular project. It’s no longer owned/operated by CTB. If you check the CTB website you’ll see the only concepts remaining in that group are Patriarch (their first project) and Social Capital.
