Clearing wooded areas on 10th

They're clearing two wooded areas on nw 10th Street. One is on the south side of the street just west of Council. The other is on the north side closer to Rockwell. Anything being planned for these areas?

I noticed this too. The one west of council is next to the auto repair shop. They are also building apartments off Davis south of 10th in all places and a mobile home park. I think the Mobile home park is going to be more off of Melrose though. I think they are opening Davis and having an entrance to the mobile home park there at Davis and Melrose.

The lot just west of Council... The only thing I could find is a curb cut for some sort of residential development.

But could not see if it's single-family or multi-family.

Not a lot of Land there but I could maybe see 15-20 homes fitting in there or thousand oaks expanding
