Somewhat complicated maneuver from a corporate standpoint but long story short we have another publicly traded E&P HQ’ed in OKC now. Previously they were in Blanchard and privately held. Pretty small overall, but something. Market cap is about the same as Laredo in Tulsa (which is now Tulsa’s biggest HQ’ed E&P)

Yeah it was somewhat of a reverse merger and allowed the PE firms to get some liquidity. Riley had an IPO planned but was cancelled.
