Thread: Search options

  1. #1

    Default Search options

Hi.... I do a search and it pulls up a thread with 3000 posts...

    I thought I did a search?

Does it not direct you to the post that has the word or words that you searched for?

i don't think the current version of the forum software takes you directly to a post... just a thread that contains the search term. it's less than ideal but that's just the way it works.

you might try searching with google and adding "sitekctalk.com" at the end of your search to limit it to just this site.

If you hit the "Topic Search" button in the menu bar above, you don't see the radio buttons at the bottom of that page that allow you to select between posts and threads?

I'd post a screen capture but I'm having home internet problems.
