Kings @ Thunder

Our Tank trying to sneak into that #3 Spot.
Just need Dort and Baz to RELAX and get those L’s.
I think we end up getting past Minnesota, but I could see the Cavs losing out and the Magic and Pistons may not win more than a game or so. The challenge for OKC is losing to the Kings... three times! I'm thinking the #4 spot is most likely, but we need stay focused. haha
Tonight might be the toughest game to lose against a depleted Kings squad missing their three best players that was already terrible. Even winning one or two of these games could push the Thunder from 3rd to 6th without any meaningful benefit. I wish they'd sit Dort tonight, but it appears he's playing. Let's see what Charlie Brown can do.
The reason I don't mind SGA and Dort sitting is that I suspect they're both going to get plenty of run on Team Canada this summer. It really works out that they could still get some great experience this summer while allowing the Thunder to tank during the season.
I don't know about sactown.
Thunder @ Golden State
Thursday, May 6
Chase Center, San Francisco
Bally Sports Oklahoma, 9 p.m.
Bulls fans are officially back at games starting on Thursday night
that leaves the Thunder (who could have had fans every game this season) and the Portland Trailblazers (their state just extended their mask mandate indefinitely) as the only teams without fans ..
Arrrgh ^^^^
Only 2 home games left so really no point of bringing back fans now. That being said with our cases under 500 a day for the most part they should of had some fans for the second half of the season.
Tank you fools, tank...
It's obvious that Thunder management wants this team to tank. You have Presti directing Coach Daigneault to insert the 10 day contract players and experiment with various combinations. Hope we can get somewhere between 3rd and 5th in the draft--because like it or not we anticipated this season being toast.
Gary Beck continues to get the hang of things with Thunder teammates. He dropped 16 points on the Kings--good pick-up for 21-22. If we get a top five draft pick, the team will be competitive next season.
I just figured autocorrect was doing it’s thing
and as of today it is official the Thunder are the only team in the league to not have fans this season .. pretty pathetic ..
Portland is bringing back fans today https://www.nba.com/blazers/news/202...eginning-may-7
for those that don't know .. the Thunder could have had fans every game this season ....
I don't see any situation where this could be considered "pathetic".
may is usually when they would start advertising for next season games. so while i can't say they aren't hurting... i don't think this is a sign of it. people just usually didn't notice, because they were also trying to sell payoff packages at the same time, so didn't pay attention to the packages for next season
