What’s going on with the Myriad Gardens?

I walk around the myriad gardens fairly regularly, and the smell over by the park is awful!!! It’s not fertilizer either as it’s been bad all year. I suspect it’s all the bird poo. Why aren’t the cleaning that stuff anymore? It’s almost not worth going around that area anymore.

The duck sh*t? Yea that is a huge problem near any pond. And I am not sure if it is picked up or not.

I haven't been by there in a while but my guess is that it would be either the algae in the water or duck poop.
