That's all I know of.

I suspect they'll sell more pad sites at that development now that things are getting rolling again.

I drove by yesterday and tried to get a good looks I still see nothing saying what it will be and the interior has been completely gutted yet the drive through speaker box is still up.

They just submitted plans for rezoning; no building permit application yet.

At least 6 months out before starting construction.

I've been waiting for this ever since they put up that sign. For no real reason but to see another area be developed. Now for the apartments. Yeah, I agree on the need for 10th to be widened

Is the Land for sale for the old Dodge Dealership. Probably not enough of a road network for Costco? Visible from 2 major highways though.

The property is in Yukon so there is no easy way to research permits.
