240 LED lighting upgrade

Is the lighting on 240 brighter?

Earlier in the week they did the east bound between 35 and 44, today I'm watching them head west towards Penn, spending maybe 10 to 15 minutes a pole

Haven't driven through there but this reminds me that they have upgraded to LED lights on I-44 between NW 10th and NW 23rd. Really improved visibility especially when you can compare them to the old lights as you approach NW 36th.
