That's not true. The science says it isn't true. Delta isn't coming for the previously infected non-vaccinated. There's data behind this.
    Data doesn’t matter to them

Why do people keep pretending that death is the only negative outcome from having a case of covid?

You know where there is science. Medical science at that:

    A doctor's office. Hospitals, too!

Anyone looking for their science on twitter has a good chance of getting fooled.

    The nymag article says this:

"Many of America’s peer nations around the world — including the U.K., Ireland, all of Scandinavia, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Italy — have exempted kids, with varying age cutoffs, from wearing masks in classrooms. Conspicuously, there’s no evidence of more outbreaks in schools in those countries relative to schools in the U.S., where the solid majority of kids wore masks for an entire academic year and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future."

I've done some spot reading and it appears those countries handle COVID in schools way more stringently than the US does, and do way more rapid testing (France said they'll do 600,000 salivary tests per week, I believe), closing, quarantining, etc. Not really comparable, so many other countries are smarter and do things better than the US when it comes to COVID.

And yeah, duh, we've known since literally the very beginning that (K)N95 masks trap more aerosols than any other mask, it's literally in the name of the mask.

From the nypost article (bolding mine) - "“There is no question it is beneficial to wear any face covering, both for protection in close proximity and at a distance in a room,” said Serhiy Yarusevych, a professor of mechanical and mechatronics engineering. “However, there is a very serious difference in the effectiveness of different masks when it comes to controlling aerosols.”"
