This is a new development to be built directly north of the Westgate Center (part of Chisholm Creek) that contains Starbucks and Torchy's Tacos on N. Penn.

The east building will be for Pho Lien Hoa (same ownership as the place on 23rd); the west building (last image) will be for lease.

I’ve actually seen some cars come and go from that aloft. So maybe some work happening or maybe it’s people just exploring and trespassing?

It's been foreclosed upon; owned by the bank.

The original plans showed a strip center running e/w on the south portion of this lot.

I heard there were some health issues with one or both of the owners, so maybe that is causing the delay? I don't remember where I heard that but I think it was from a friend.
