What is this?????
Hey All...
I'm not sure which icon for OKC I should have used so I chose NE OKC.
^^^I see these painted on the side walk on 23rd ....from what I've seen....between Broadway and Classen. What the heck is this? I don't believe it's any construction or utilities marker...then I may be wrong.
The picture is over by Hunny Bunny restaurant.

I've been meaning to ask about these, too! I haven't seen any others except in the area you describe. They are present near Byron's and McDonald's as well.

Not one of the usual "Watchmen" emblems. Time running out ,in an obscure environmental protests? Bowties only? The mystery deepens.

Re: What is this?????
They are all over the Paseo area, as well. Does anyone know if they might have something to do with the stormwater project that's staging on the SW corner of 25th and Walker currently?

It is for the alien landing coordinates. They are pissed we stole their technology in the 1950s.

Yep, this is exactly what they are. Here's an explanation of why they are used in aerial surveys: https://www.dronedeploy.com/blog/wha...DuxEAACMAzyeA/
