    Yeah I didnít they would serve actual bibimbap. I donít think Riviere serves it either. La Brasa serves a legit dolsat bibimbap. Anywhere else in the core, outside of taste of Korea, that you can get dolsat bibimbap? Thatís one of my favorite dishes of any cuisine. Man, need to get back to la brasa soon, itís been too long. Talking about it makes me hungry

    A New Mexican focused cuisine would be a delight. I've never understood why Tex Mex thrives but no one wants to produce a maize centric menu in Oklahoma.

    Have eaten at a few New Mexican places in our travels and this would be welcomed here. I think Green Chile Cafe in Yukon in New-Mexico-centric, but we weren't too impressed with it the time we went and it's far enough away from us so that we don't really think about returning to it.
