10th St.

Does anyone know what is taking so long with the repaving of 10th street going east? They have been working on it for over 2 months now with little to no progress. I've not seen anything take so long. What could be the hold up?

I'm of the impression that the project goes from May Avenue to Penn. I don't think paving will occur until all the curb and sidewalk replacement is completed. I recall as recently as last Friday, the curb work at 10th and Villa was not completed. I really hope they don't wait until the new street lights are installed, because they have barely begun work on that part of the project.
