Hope it does well, but that is an ugly, ugly building. I’ve been to many Eastern European and third world countries and it would fit right in.

Also, hope they were able to remediate the repulsive stale smoke smell that permeates all the Henry Hudson facilities.

    Rover,
To be fair, if you haven't been to the Henry Hudson's Public House places in Bricktown and Edmond, smoking was never allowed. I go to the one on Danforth in Edmond and it is a couple of years old and they moved into to the building when it was new and no smoking. As far as I know those are the only two, all the others allowed (and might still allow) smoking.

I hope they do well. This area is devoid of "normal bars" it seems. They are either dives or champagne type places. However, there are plenty of full service restaurants in the area with nice bars - 501, Republic, Flips....

I have noticed that Kat's just up the road from here does pretty well since the ownership change and light remodel.

Fair enough. I’ve been to this and others but quit because I just couldn’t stomach the smoke and stale smoke. Glad to hear they have some that are non smoking.

They pretty much finised everything, then walked away.

Building is now for lease including the furniture and equipment:

LMAO. What's going to open first, this place or Skinny Slim's Norman?

Is it a local group operating this new concept? Or is it the same group that runs a TNT in Dallas?

It's Jeff Rogers who runs Pig & Butcher, Pink Parrot and some Bricktown clubs.

We use to enjoy going to the Pink Parrot up on 122nd and May. I hope this comes to fruition since I love tacos and I love tequila

Yo! Pablo is moving fast and will open at the end of the month.

They've painted the outside and done a lot of work to the interior.

    I'll post some photos soon.

Yes, dark grey diminishes it. Painting it invisible would be better even.

I've gone twice in the past two weeks. The food/service/bartenders are all very good! Highly recommend!
