We go to Sunday brunch there often and enjoy it. Food is good. Service has been great. Atmosphere is sophisticated. And it is not loud...you can have a nice conversation at the table.

The pork schnitzel and short ribs are always good. My wife likes the scallops and risotto as well as the seafood alfredo. They usually have some sort of special too that I'll try every now and then.

PLEASE make it so diners can converse! I have a growing list of OKC restaurants I won't visit again because the noise level is too high.

Viceroy has had a new chef for the last few months that graduated from the Coach House Apprenticeship program. Taylor's talent and consistency, paired with a rebrand and remodel into Cafe Cuvee have the potential to make that restaurant a prominent fixture of the midtown dining scene. I am biased considering I work for the same group, but I honestly believe most everyone is going to be pleased with the results.

No. I am one of those audio snobs and share your sentiment. The problem in this space is it is all high-end with no mid-range or bass. Tiny, tiny ceiling speakers. It is heavily carpeted and I believe the curtains are returning. So it won't be loud unless intentionally made so by the managers.

This is so up my alley. Stews, cassoulet, cock au vin. Gimme! It’s so hard to find a chef & owner that wants to do old school. I usually have to gorge myself when we visit my brother in law in Alsace. I wonder, will they have a baker?
