    I hope the building isn’t set back with no sidewalk along the street. That will really kill the urban feel if that is the case.

    Okay thank you. That is great. Just looked like from the photo it was going to be set back. Glad that isn’t the case.

    Welcome to the site!

    Not yet. The only building permit for tenant finish-out has been NJ.

    They get how to make retail look like retail. This seems like a really good infill project.

    Man think about if the BOK building had something like this on the ground floor of all the garages they built around that building. Would be spectacular and easier to accept a block of 80% garages.

    Well, putting a 15 story building in an area surrounded by 1 and 2 story buildings seems dumb, as well.
