This still being built? I haven't been by in a while. Could be a good pinball option instead of Cactus Jacks

    Pete,

I noticed the house directly to the east of this property sold in September for 182k. Any idea what the future of this lot will be?

They are proposing a 3-story mixed-use project but there are several protests.

Wow, thanks Pete. That looks like a pretty great proposal for that lot. It is absolutely infuriating to me that this would get the NIMBY treatment but it doesn’t really surprise me.

A semi-dense housing project next to a commercial building along a fairly busy road and theres protests? Of course Im not surprised but curious what dubious reasons the protesters are using against this?

Somewhere along the line they decided to change the brick color from a more traditional tone to almost black.

That looks really good but I am not the biggest fan of developers just up and changing major design elements with no notice.

Seeing dark brick in a number of new developments, including the Omni and the new building at 11th and Broadway. Is this a new trend emerging in OKC?

Any chance the Plaza District could pick up a music venue?

I'm sure they got the proper approvals to make the change.

I didn't notice before, why does it say "now pre-leasing?" Will up/down not take up the whole thing or did that deal fall through?

There is a small amount of lease space on the north end of the ground floor; basically the area behind the windows on the far left.

I really liked it until the red guttering - just a little too bright for me. But I’m excited to visit it.
