SE 4th & Eastern development

Anyone know whats being developed on the NW corner of
SE 4th and Eastern?? Maybe apartments??

That area has a few different zoning zones. You will see across from the Wal Mart Neighborhood is a small strip with a few businesses in front of it. But, right behind that is zoned for residential so it could be an apartment complex. All I've seen so far is a bunch of dirt getting pushed around

My barber said it was Sr housing. from independent living to assisted living in the different areas. there will be frontages on both 4th St & Eastern. it will be behind the power station & the new construction.
