    Plaza District 1601 NW 19th

    18-unit apartment complex proposed for the NW corner of NW 19th and McKinley.

    Owner is architect Sam Gresham. Was the former home of Victory Assembly of God but has been vacant for some time.

    Foundation, Plumbing and Electrical have started at this location!

    Noticed this as well. There’s a lot of projects happening in and around Gatewood. Pretty exciting to see!
