Thread: Vegan/Vegetarian options

    Default Vegan/Vegetarian options

I've done a search and didn't find anything about this yet, does anybody know what/where the vegan/vegetarian restaurants are?

The only ones I know of are red cup and loaded bowl. I think Norman used to have a place called Earth?

Check out the FB group Vegan OKC. they have a list of places.

A not comprehensive list by me:
    Elemental Cafe
    Red Cup
    Cultivar
    Loaded Bowl
    Picasso's
    Anchor Down
    The Press
    Pho Ca Dao
    Tamashii Ramen
    Goro Ramen
    Nourished
Any Thai Place (Panang is my favorite)
Any Indian Buffet (I usually go to Taj on 23rd)
    Barrios
    Oso
Heck, even Vast has a vegan menu

If I think of more, I'll update.

We got some excellent vegan choices. Was told by a vegan we had the best vegan taco in town. Need another vouch. =)

I'll keep that in mind. I was actually planning on taking my vegan friend there!

The skinny patty at S&B is really good
Packard's has some nice vegetarian options (Shout out to them for marking veggie options with a V so options are easier to find)
The Jones Assembly has some nice options including the GOAT Pizza which may be the best pizza in town
I am a fan of Thai Kitchen downtown
I also get the Garden Taco Salad and the Avocado Melt at The Garage
The Crispy Cado taco at Big Truck is quite yummy as well
