This project is so brilliant!! It brings so much character and uniqueness, yet it fits the area so nicely. Looking better than I hoped!

I really like how this development is coming along! It is different and I like the Mediterranean style. Not everything has to be cookie cutter red brick. This adds an eclectic range and vibe to this area.

Saw these are listing for rent now. The renderings are pretty impressive. It looks like monthly rates will run $1800 for the smallest (630 sqft) homes with the larger ones running over $4K.

Thanks! I really like the scale and style of this project. It's a good complement to Villa Teresa across the street.

Love the pool courtyard but some of that vegetation won't survive the Oklahoma winter (looking specifically at the orange trees and flowering vines)

These are gorgeous interiors. Way above the standard for rental units in this city. Also, the vegetation is a wonderful complement to the architectural style.

Man, sometimes I still can't get over how realistic some architectural renderings are these days. In another context I would have accepted some of the above renders as photographs.

I thought just the first picture was a rendering. I had to go back after I saw your comment to look closer and even then, I had to click the link to be even more sure they weren’t real pictures.

I was pretty disappointed when The Elliott fell thru but this is a home run for the area. Better fits into the neighborhood while offering something different architecturally. Renders look great

This reminds me of a multitude of developments I've seen in LA.

It is like I am back in the West La area.

This is really cool. For anyone that insists in saying nothing is ever done "right" as far as urban development in OKC, I present Exhibit A in refuting that falsehood.

Hopefully they still plan to add the shutters. They really bring the look together in the rendering.

Really interesting how rents continue to rise in OKC - where is the top?

    The Spaniard rents

Gotta admit, that is really nice. Love how unique it is for OKC!
