Certainly I think it will be a very nice development to have and regardless of quality of build the architectural style change of pace is refreshing. I think there's an automatic market of people who have a real connection to old world architecture (in contrast to the large amount of new construction going up in Nichol's Hills that is modern).
From an exterior perspective here's an example of a building that has just a gold mine of details/little touches. I can't imagine you could build this level of detail for anywhere near $425/sf, even with OKC's cheap land costs:

I certainly wouldn't even dream of *that* standard for this project, but you don't have to cut out many ornaments from that before it looks like this building:

And that building is still beautiful in its own right, but then you take some details away from that building and then it looks like this one:

I wouldn't mind having a building like the last one in OKC at all, but it doesn't take a studied architect or builder to spot the difference in quality between all 3 of these buildings and it really comes down to materials and details. I do think because this type of architecture is basically non-existent in OKC it would be easy to settle for less ornament than $425/sf *should* buy.
The 6100 rendering looks spectacular and if it comes out as nice as that alludes to, it will be a massive architectural win for OKC.
