Development west of OnCue at East 15th and I-35

I saw a relatively new sign posted in the lot just west of the new OcCue at East 15th and I-35. Looks like they are wanting to put an automatic carwash in this space. The sign was a public notice about a zoning change that will be voted on in late May.

Anyone know what brand of carwash is wanting to locate here? Hoping for a Zips/Boomerang type franchise setup and not an independent.

That property is owned by OnCue.

Perhaps they are starting a new chain of car washes?

I don't have a definite answer but it was Okie Express that built next to the OnCue in Del City and that OnCue now offers a car wash voucher when you purchase gas there.

They have affiliated carwashes at their locations on Memorial & Western, and Boulevard & Memorial (across the street, due to the creek), just for visual/comparison sake...
