It's still listed on Kriya Hotels' website as a future location, and they still own the parcels according to county assessor data, for what it's worth...

Thought I'd ask since it's been nearly a year... Any signs of life with this project? I'm especially eager about this one.

No, no movement in a long time.

The hotel group still owns the property and still shows the Towne Place on their website as 'under development':
