Located on May and Memorial in the same shopping center as Salata.

Stopped by today. They are about 2-3 days in and are in a soft opening phase. Unlike most vietnamese places, this one is well lit and clean (maybe cause it's new?). Ordered spring rolls and a vermicelli bowl with grilled chicken, grilled pork, and an eggroll.

The spring rolls aren't quite as filled as family pho (memorial and MacArthur), and don't get as much peanut sauce either. Part of the wrapping either wasn't dipped in water or left out too. As a result, parts of it were tough.

The chicken in the grilled chicken had a tinge of curry (neither good nor bad). Could be the only viet place i know of that is also going to have a bar (verify pho 59?).

Friend had the pho and mentioned that the broth had a clean taste to it. Didn't get much in terms of sprouts/leaves and lime. It came with beef and meatballs though, which I would like had I ordered it.

Fish soup didn't have fish in it (it could come with shrimp), and they don't have lemon grass soup either.

I'd come back if I ever wanted pho and to have a drink.
