Nice shot of how close the Villa Teresa development is in that third pic. So many good things going on in Midtown.

Love all that patio space. That will really liven up that corner. I can already imagine finishing a meal, seeing the streetcar coming, and racing over to jump on. Streetcar stops are so much better when they're next to places to do/eat/drink things.

I’ve heard they’re talking about adding an East Edmond location. Would be smart as the demos are strong AF in east Edmond.

Maybe those of us near the original (NW 150th & Penn) location would actually be able to decide, on a whim, to eat there and actually be able to just show up and be seated.

Same place as Pub W on 2nd near Coltrane, just in a free standing building.

it is a big enough draw to crush it no matter the location

Yep, they could put one in a trailer park and still have 3 hour waits.

This is the Edmond location on 2nd. I was told it would open by the end of spring.

I dont believe they are crushing it in their new midtown location, doesnt appear to be very busy. Probably has more to do with a dozen breakfasts places within 10 blocks.

As for the edmond location, much less competition but that sure is a weird location.

Pub W does great in the same spot

Pub W has more visibility since it sits directly on the street, but I imagine these devs have done their homework. Won’t be surprised if this NJ outperforms the ER Hospital location.

Which raises my only beef with them, as I like their food and have always had good service and am happy to see this Edmond location open. Who chose that font and color scheme? I'm not a design person but something about the font and point size juxtaposition and the red, it screams cheap daycare in a strip mall.

I think since it is an established concept in the metro, they can be tucked back and use that font and be okay, but I would strongly agree with your location and design concerns if they were trying to make a go of it for the first time.

Something about the words Breakfast + Lunch really leave room for confusion.

So glad to here this. I drool at the “now hiring’” and “open soon” signs whenever I drive by. It’s already next to my other favorite Edmond restaurants: Pub W and Eddie’s!
