Anything new planned on going there besides the car wash, Wendy’s and OnCue?

Really excited about OSBC. Always loved their food but never in the area of any of their shops during their regular hours.

Going down the KP Turnpike, you can see where they're starting to clear out more land and what looks like getting ready to build the first road that will go back in there.

    Any updates on this development?

I’m surprised there hasn’t been more activity yet for this area. Seems like prime real estate for the Yukon/Mustang area.

I wonder if Costco builds here. In the plan they have a "warehouse supermarket" listed with no name.

They have been recruiting Costco along with other property owners in that general area.

Costco has yet to commit to anything.

I know there were rumors of a Costco going to the westside but no official announcement. It seems like a good fit for the area.

    Anything close to committing yet?

More likely that Costco goes to the Route 66 / Holdhercloser Area with the new OnCue.

I would think there would be more density in housing around the Mustang Creek area over the Route 66 area...

This OnCue was cancelled. Property now for sale.

That's interesting since they just recently filed their building permits per Pete in the OnCue thread.

I see that an OnCue is nearing completion on a store just up the turnpike at NW expressway. I wonder if they scraped the plans for the 66 landing and went with this new location...

I stand corrected, It was graded over 3 years ago, and last year a for sale sign went up. There has been a lot of building across the street, so I guess they decided to move forward, which is good news as far as I'm concerned.

Development across the street bought the dirt from the OnCue site.... That's why it was graded so far in advance.

Starbucks is going in on one of the parcels close to OnCue.

Not sure exactly which one but will have more info soon.

I've been wondering how this is coming along. I know they built a couple roads from both Mustang and SW 15th back in there, but I hadn't heard about any major projects that they've been planning. Not yet at least.

Starbucks taking the parcel directly north of Wendy's:

Starbucks has broken ground. Hopefully we’ll see more tenants committing to this area soon!

I am not looking forward to the traffic on 15th street once businesses start moving in to that drive. People don’t know how to zipper merge from the tollway already, but adding in left-turn drivers coming from the Mustang Creek drive will exacerbate the issue there. Surely they’ll find the budget to make the two lanes last through the bridge at some point!
