You are right I assumed it was OKC, it is actually worst than that, it is the whole state. Thank you for pointing that out. Pete, can you change the title for me?

I don't understand why they would accept a report like this one... I mean a computer simulation has no judgement when it comes to this issue. The board has judgement and accepted it anyway.
