I've been wondering when we'll begin seeing moves anywhere else in Lariat Landing? Any news or rumors?

9201 is the address for the Amazon warehouse. I don't see any permits for Honeywell, but tons of Amazon related permits at that address. Honeywell is likely installing equipment for Amazon which requires some permits.

I haven't seen any signs of new development but Amazon is wrapping up quickly and is already hiring.

they should have encouraged oncue to build on Meridian by the rental car lot. need a nice clean large gas station when exiting the airport. they are always busy at other airports with people filling up rental cars, people grabbing a drink or a few snacks on the way to the airport or after arriving etc.

regardless glad to finally see some movement in this area after a decade

OnCue is being built on Meridian just north of 40. Another one by the rental facilities would be too close to that one. But, yeah, I'm glad to see some development in the area. Hopefully just the beginning of more commercial and industrial development.

It seems like every year or two they put out a similar press release. I think this idea was concocted in 2007 or 8. Glad to see they are committed to it, but just seems to be a snails pace.

I feel like Mark kept wanting to do the marketing work himself... and they finally realized they need an experience firm to make it really happen?
