    A recent article from Strongtowns.org If you haven't been to this site, many of you would find it interesting. This particular peice summarizes the position of the author pretty well and is particularly relevant to us as we approach GO Bond, Maps 3, Highway construction, road widenings, and the boulevard.

    Quick and to the point, but like a lot of the discussions on planning, it's mostly idealisms.

    Unless you can change the incentive system from top to bottom, new growth will always be incentivized over maintenance and sustainability.
