    Definitely more of a one off thing, especially with where we are at in the credit cycle.

    Drove through for the first time in a while a few weeks ago and...I still don't really get it.

    In fairness, I must not be the target demo. Even though I sortof feel like I AM the target demo.

    I noticed today that the semi-industrial neighborhood to the south is starting to see the construction of some new, modern homes.

    It's a great location but still a very mixed area.
